Web 2.0 Text
Today I am going to show you how to create a simple yet sleek looking web 2.0 font style using Photoshop.
- Create a new Photoshop document at 250 x 250 pixels.
- Select the text tool and type whatever you want to apply the effect to, for example Hello.
- Double click on the text layer which will then open the layer style options.
- Choose Gradient Overlay, and click on the gradient.
- Choose the following colors, left color - 0b6b98 and the right color - 4baad6.
- Next select the Drop Shadow and change the opacity to 35 percent.
- Finally add a Stroke with the following color fcff00, a size of 2, and opacity of 45 percent.
